From my first contact with Tim and Rob at St Andrews Motor Co, I felt happy that I was being treated with care and respect. These guys were helpful, considerate, and anxious to find a car that I would be happy with. I travelled 230 miles for the right car with them - and just as I was prepared to travel to them, I was prepared to walk away if matters did not 'feel right'. From making our initial enquiry, Tim could not have been more helpful and honest about the car we were interested in. St. Andrews provide an excellent and very professional service. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim and Kyle ... from when we arrived just on closing time ... we were welcomed and encouraged to stay as long as we needed. The car was exactly as described in the advertisement and with a fair asking price. When we returned by rail to pick up the vehicle we were treated to a ride from the station in the car in order to be sure of our purchase's quality and the transaction was faultless. Couldn't have been more helpful when the car I had just bought developed a problem. The car battery died on the first night and they immediately offered to give me a car and sort out the electrics at their expense and were more concerned for my stress which immediately put my mind at rest. As it was they paid for a new battery and fitting when strictly speaking they had no need.They even picked me up from the station when I was collecting the car and offered to help sell my old car (needed to be scrapped) with no profit for them. When I need a new car I hope they are still in business as it will be the first place I'll look.

Nothing was too much trouble for Tim and Kyle. Kyle had kept me regularly informed of the progress of our car through its MOT service and clean. Really nice touch being collected from the train station. Tim gave us full confidence in buying a car from him so much so that we would gladly make the 440 mile round trip for our next car! We drove for over an hour and half to see the car, On arrival we were pleased that the car was as described over the phone and i have to say the car was totally immaculate, The whole purchasing process was made so easy and hassle free, Less than a week later the car was delivered to us in our home town saving us the hour plus journey to collect the car. Having undergone a service and mot of which neither i expected as they were not due for another six months, St Andrews Motor Company wanted to give 12 months piece of mind with the car. along with its already comprehensive service history. I didn't haggle with the price of the car as i felt it was priced very reasonable in comparison to other comparable cars we had looked at, From the first phone call - to delivery, the whole service experience has been exceptional. I had called/dealt with about 4 other companies inquiring about vehicles before contacting St Andrews Motor Company, however from the first initial call to St Andrews Motor Company to when they handed over the keys.. it was like I was dealing with a real friend, NOT a car dealer that is only interested in shifting cars! I travelled over 3 hours from Scotland to view a Mondeo after reading the reviews on this garage. They had to stay open as I arrived late. The first thing I was given was tea. I sat and had a chat with Tim and Kyle and then took the car for a test drive. The car sold itself, we agreed terms and I returned a few days later to pick up a serviced and MOT'd Mondeo (plus another cup of tea) and drove home stress free and more than happy with the car.
