The car had been cleaned within an inch of its life (Covid-19) which was reassuring. After searching for a car for 2 months without any real joy I discovered one on the St Andrews Motor Company website and decided to enquire about it. I dealt with Kyle and I cannot recommend him highly enough, he was professional, friendly and went over and beyond to help me in getting my first car. Very pleasant experience buying from this company. 5 STAR As mentioned in other reviews, no pushy sale pitch. I was allowed to spend as much time as required to review the car uninterrupted. The staff were readily approachable in the office whenever needed. The premise abides by social distancing rule. There were gloves, face masks and hand gel provided for free at the entrance. I was served by Kyle who was fantastic and very approachable. Looking at their stocks, I think they are only selling low mileage cars with full-service history. I bought a used Honda CRV which is spotless. I am very happy with the car. Free service and 12 months MOT were also included which is great. I think this company would go the extra mile (i.e. bending their back) to maintain high customer satisfaction. They even valeted my old car (which Im keeping) for free. I bet I won’t get that anywhere else!

It was my first time buying a car and I could not have asked for a better company to buy from. They were accomodating to the smallest question that may have been obvious to someone knowledgeable of cars and I was not made to feel pressured into purchasing the car. The car was taken for service after purchase for another check which was really helpful. I was able to pick the car up in less than a week and when I did, the owner made it clear that whenever I needed anything just to give them a call, regardless of length after purchase. For absolutely years, I was after a Fiesta ST3 and I saw my dream car on St Andrews Motors via Autotrader. From start to sale completion, I was kept informed of everything going on and considering I was travelling from the Scottish Highlands all the way to Huddersfield, the sales team were top notch! Very friendly and put you at ease yet very professional at the same time. Every question I had was answered. All the paperwork was explained and the finance package I took out worked out perfectly for me. The day of the sale completion involved an overnight stay for myself so when I did arrive at the garage, all COVID-19 measures were in place but this didn't affect the rapport with the sales staff. The welcome and the service was absolutely fantastic . Some garages can be quite blunt and rude and can make you hold back with questions but St Andrews Motors are just brilliant and make sure you don't leave the forecourt until you are happy. I cannot recommend them enough. Five stars!

Fantastic buying experience from the team at St Andrews. I'd been searching for the right car for my needs and when the car that I wanted came up at St Andrews, I jumped at purchasing it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful from the moment I enquired about the car to the handover. Everything was clearly explained and they took the time to sit with you and offer you support. I was picked up from the station on the day of collection, which was very helpful of the team. Anything that needed doing to the car before I bought it was done quickly and efficiently and there was always follow up calls to any questions I had. They accommodated my circumstances very well and weren't pushy or unhelpful. Everything was done at your pace and you were given time to think about things if you needed to do so. I would certainly recommend St Andrews if you're looking to buy a car.

I decided that the car was for me and after agreeing a part exchange value for my old car, left them to prepare the vehicle. What a great experience, from the first phone call to leaving with the car. we travelled up from Leicestershire to buy the car so was a little worried but did not have to be at all. The car was held for us and when we got there Kyle was great nothing was to much, very knowledge guy, not pushy at all. We spent ages going over the car and had a nice long test drive. I saw the Mercedes B class that I was looking for on Autotrader and despite it being up in Huddersfield, a 5 hour train journey away from my home in Essex, I decided to call. I phoned and spoke to R, he was absolutely charming, nothing was too much trouble. He answered all of my questions and gave an honest description of the car. They even decided that they wanted to do an oil and filter change, despite it not being due. I travelled up on the train and was met at the station and taken back to the showroom. The service we received at St. Andrews garage was absolutely excellent. We travelled quite a distance to get there as we are from Wigan, but it was definitely worth it. They were so friendly, we got offered a cup of tea and a sandwich as soon as we arrived. Every single car in tneir showroom and forecourt was in excellent condition. It wasn’t an expensive car we bought but none the less we were treated as if we were buying a brand new vehicle and spending a fortune. We’d done our homework before we got their and had looked at other garages so knew we were getting good value. I travelled over 3 hours from Scotland to view a Mondeo after reading the reviews on this garage. They had to stay open as I arrived late. The first thing I was given was tea. I sat and had a chat with Tim and Kyle and then took the car for a test drive. The car sold itself, we agreed terms and I returned a few days later to pick up a serviced and MOT'd Mondeo (plus another cup of tea) and drove home stress free and more than happy with the car. Tim and Kyle are not salesmen- they are just good old fashioned nice people with principles and they genuinely go the extra mile. Give them a try.
